Well I finally got Myblog.perculaclown.org back up and running with my old Sparc 4 workstation. drop on by for an old geeky website (hasnt been touched for over 3 years) I am starting to get postings working so new stuff is being added. :) I am using Movable Type 3.1 running on a sun sparc 4 workstation with 32MB of RAM. slow but does the job. :)

I wanted to show you something cool I have been using called the BodyBugg by Apex.com. their Website is at http:www.bodybugg.com or you can go to http://www.apex.com as well. I have used their armband device to track calories burned and I really like it alot. It has helped me lose 13 lbs and 3% bodyfat in the last 4 weeks alone!

Since I am still having Video issues I am only on an audio podcast format for now. and until I get some people actually listening to me I am not sure if I am going to upgrade my equipment. I will get it working evenutally but if I get a crowd of people actually wanting to hear more and see me then I can justify the new video source. :)
